What is this cookbook and how do I grab a copy?
The cookbook produced by Jessica Danford is 94 pages and packed with tons of variety. Everything from bread, cakes, soups, meal ideas and kitchen hacks. You will meet each of the contributors through their bio where they talk about their personal gluten-free journeys! There are many reasons people eat of cook glutenfree you will learn from or a diverse group of contributors. They are g-free business owners, chefs, home cooks, new cooks, teens who are newly diagnosed with Celiac, dieticians, nutritionists, naturopathic doctors, bloggers and most importantly people who have to cook glutenfree either for themselves or someone they know.
The recipes for navigating a glutenfree life came in from across the country! I prepared each recipe, photographed then donated the food to hungry neighbours. to minimize food waste and continue the mission to provide access to safe food for all. The final product is an amazing selection of glutenfree foods for anyone to try at home!
THE NEXT BOOK IS GOING TO BE BIGGER AND BETTER THAN EVER…
Don’t miss the opportunity to be a contributor!
Submissions are now being accepted for the next community cookbook.
Do you have an amazing glutenfree recipe to share with the community? There are no special requests only that your recipe is gluten-free. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, snack and appetizer, Desserts and life hacks share what works for you and your family as you navigate a glutenfree life.
Who can contribute?
Anyone can contribute a recipe. You don’t have to be strictly gluten-free but your recipe does to share! If you are under the age of majority you will need a parent or guardian to sign a release form.
What kind of recipe can I contribute?
We are not picky, we want a diverse collection of styles taste and skills. What are your favourites, what are your go tos? what are the recipes you pull out for special occasions? These are recipes we want to share to make life easier and full of variety for everyone. Whether you have been gluten-free for years or just transitioning what are the things you eat? from the mundane go-to quick meals and snacks to what you serve when you are pulling out all the stops.
Do I have to have a picture of my recipe?
If you have a photo of your recipe prepared that is awesome! We will review it with your submission. If approved we can use it in the book with your recipe. No picture … NO PROBLEM… We will produce images for any recipes in the book that are submitted without an image. We want all the recipes to have an image so you know what to expect and you know its tried and true easy or not to do!
I am not a chef or a really good cook even, I don’t have anything to contribute …
If you think that you don’t have a recipe or your not a good cook THINK AGAIN…
That is the purpose and goal of this book; to exemplify that people eat gluten-free for a variety of reasons but even more importantly people cook gluten-free for many reasons.
Maybe they cook for themselves and need fresh new ideas. Perhaps they have never cooked gluten-free and have no idea what to cook for a loved one, friend or neighbour who just found out they have to eliminate gluten. If you have to eat gluten-free what are you eating there is someone just like you that you could share your recipe with and make life a little more easy and delicious!
